Q: How to create an account?

- Click on “Sign Up” then click on “Create an account”
- Type username, email address, agree the terms and policy and “Submit”
- Check your email box and follow the instruction to activate your account
- Use temporary password sent to your email and setup new password then “LOGIN” to update profile
Q: How to update profile?
A:
- Click on arrow under account number and select “Profile”
- Update your account, mailing address and billing address then click on “Finish” button
Q: How to change password?
A:
- Click on arrow under account number and select “Change Password”
- Follow the instruction to change password
